For bookings up to 60 days in advance of arrival:

• Guarantee to valid form of payment is required at booking.
• A deposit of 100 Percent of Stay is required at booking.
• Cancellation will result in a penalty of 20 % of stay if we are able to resell your room.

For bookings more than 60 days in advance of arrival:

• Guarantee to valid form of payment is required at booking.
• A deposit of 20 Percent of Stay is required at booking.
• Cancellation will result in a penalty of 20 % of stay if we are able to resell your room.
